Make sure the client can hear you, and you can hear the client.
Set yourself Available to start taking live transfers.
The client sees only this tab. Click the portal or anything else: they keep seeing it. To show another tab (illustration ↔ e-app), press Show another tab and pick it.
Small text? Drag a box on the preview: the client's phone shows only that part, big.
No intake notes came through for this call. Confirm the client's details first.
Fill these in as you write the app — they carry into the wrap-up.
What case support needs from you on your cases. Do it, then press Done: they see it right away.
What comes back on which day: snoozes, closer call-backs, license checks, draft dates. Today shows each case on its day.
Every hire from a signed offer to their first live call, and what is late.
Every candidate on the Hiring page, and how recruiting is keeping up.
Every UniLife case from the last 200 days, and how Case Support is keeping up.
Ask the team anything. Victor picks who answers, they look at the live numbers, and he gives you one answer with the decisions to make. Nobody changes data, moves money or contacts clients without you.
Text any officer from Telegram.
Work orders for Claude and where each one stands.
Every UniScreen Share is recorded: the tab the closer showed and her camera, as the client saw it. Press Play with the call to hear the phone call at the same moment. Manager only; closers and clients never see that it is recorded.
Fills the NLG illustration and the iGo e-app for you from the client's answers: you review, lock and sign. Install it once in Google Chrome on this computer.
Updating: when this card says a new version is out, download again, replace the old folder with the new one, then on chrome://extensions click the ↻ arrow on "UniLife AI-EAPP" and refresh your NLG / iGo tabs.
Sharing your screen with the client? The AI-EAPP panel shows on the NLG page, so the client can see it. ID and bank numbers always show as dots, and the Hide button on the panel shrinks it to a small dot until you click it again.
Clients see this card at the bottom of every plan card you send: your photo, your title, the number you call them from, your license for their state and your NPN. Your personal cell is never shown.
The AI keeps your face exactly as it is: only light, background and clothes change. Nothing goes on your card until you tap “Use this photo”.
What you hear in your headset while your call rings the client. Music stops the moment they pick up. Only you hear it — the client never does, and it isn't in the recording.

Clients hear a soft, busy office behind your voice (people talking far away, typing), like María has. It hides the quiet of a home office. Your voice stays clear. You don't hear it in your headset, but it is in the call recording.
When a client doesn't pick up the last ring of a call-back, the portal leaves this message in their voicemail with their first name and yours, and texts them your number. Play it here in your headset (it says "Juan" as the example name).
Or type them in. Add every state where you hold an active life insurance license. Transfers from those states ring you first, the script says the right license number, and Send my credentials texts it to the client. Only enter numbers you can show on NIPR / the state DOI — your manager checks new ones.
Leads María tried but didn't reach. She keeps calling them; you're the backup between live transfers. If you talk to someone, they become your client and María stops calling them.
Updates every 30 seconds. Dials count every outbound call (NLPearl and Retell). María redials unanswered leads up to 10 times, only inside the calling rules below. Mexico and Central America numbers are called too (never texted).

Check and edit the text. Nothing is sent until you press Send text.
A page for her phone with the plan: logo, plan, price, coverage and the carrier's illustration pages. She can tap “Sí, esto es lo que acordamos” and you'll see it here.
Your portal, our carriers and products, a client's health or ID, or “what do my notes say about…”. It reads your screen and your clients' notes.
Covers the closer's whole portal. They can't close it or use anything until you remove it here. Someone on a call sees it the moment they finish the call and wrap-up, and they're switched to Away so no live transfers ring them.
The portal is paused until your manager removes this message. You've been set to Away.
